Pepper jack is the one true cheese. Your "sharp" cheddar hasn't got anything on pepper jack.

Ok, yeah, I didn't need to insult the tastyness of sharp cheddar. I wanted to throw some diversity out into the ring though. And honest-to-goodness, pepper jack is the best cheese, though not the most underrated. Indeed, it is rated exactly as it should be, at the top.
Though... For some reason when I type "world's best cheese" into Google the first result is some yuppie book and the second is vermont cheddar. Clearly the liberal bias of the internet.
